NON-CONFORMING GOODS / DAMAGED SHIPMENT
In the case of non-conforming goods
the same can be returned to MONTANARI EUGENIO S.a.s. of Salumeria Lenotti by Attilio Lenotti.
The shipping and packing costs for the return of the shipment are charged to the customer.
The non-compliant goods will be replaced or reimbursed by Salumeria Lenotti of Attilio Lenotti.
In the case of damaged shipping
If you receive packages from Salumeria Lenotti by Attilio Lenotti visibly damaged by the courier, (broken or visibly "mistreated" packaging) you can do as follows:
if it is more than one package, reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier "Con Riserva". It will then be our responsibility to provide for the return of the damaged package and send it back.
If instead it is a single-package shipment, reject the shipment to the sender and as before we will take care of the rie
