This product is made using only Duck breast from Veneto.
It is then salted for a few days with various natural flavors,
and then cold-smoked slowly for 2 days, to make the smoking
delicate on the palate.
Excellent sliced to dress a salad of valerian, salad with rocket and
walnuts, or to accompany excellent butter croutons, or to make a particular
carbonara spaghetti with smoked duck breast.
